Why I Started CrucialIT
In 2010, I started working for a small sales company. Acting as a technology consultant, I realized that supporting a small team, both onsite and remote, was rewarding!
Over the next 10 years I continued to support my clients, and officially stepped into the managed IT space supporting everyone from small companies to full enterprises. Having worked for several MSPs throughout my career, my greatest takeaway has been that "clients deserve better."
In 2020, I started Crucial IT and made it my goal to help our clients with a personal, not salesy, touch. During the pandemic, a rapid shift to a remote workforce posed the greatest challenge to businesses. Today, inflation has forced every company to reevaluate each area of spending.
